5. Intellectual Property
You own the images you create using the Service and may use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. GenMyArt.com retains ownership of the Service, its proprietary AI technology, and all associated intellectual property.
6. Subscription Plans
We offer Free, Pro ($9.99/month), and Unlimited/Lifetime ($199 one-time) plans. Payments are processed securely, and subscriptions may be canceled or upgraded per our Pricing Page. The Unlimited/Lifetime plan is non-recurring.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but generated images remain your property.
8. Limitation of Liability
GenMyArt.com is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service, if any.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via email or the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
